Hello my children. As you have guessed, I am out sick again. With this development, I have made a command decision. We are going to postpone the iNFORMATIONAL WRITING FROM TWO PERSPECTIVES assignment. This does NOT mean we will not be completing it, but that unit requires me to be there and to be at my best. Instead, we are going to move into the next unit and complete the writing afterward.
Today, you will be exploring Victory City. It is an imagined utopia created by a man who's vision far was before his time. He created this entire city, every aspect of it, with the intention of it coming true someday. It's really pretty fascinating. What is that you say, you don't know what a utopia is? Fear not, you will learn.
Today, click on the victory city document below and save it to your H drive. Follow the link to the website and do some virtual exploring. You will have to dig a little (figuratively, of course) to find the answers, but I have confidence in you. Type up all of your answers in the word doc and print if you can. If you can't print, save it to your H drive.
Please be on your best behavior and enjoy your mini trip to Victory City
